How to Complete the Disturbed Grave Quest in Fallout 76

Disturbed Grave is a repeatable side quest in the Fallout 76 seasonal event The Slasher, and it also serves as one of the prerequisite stages of the main quest Secrets to the Grave. Getting the Pint-Sized Phantoms' Map

The map drops from activities or public events completed during The Slasher season. Not every activity provides it, though: Head Hunts and Defend Workshop do not drop the Pint-Sized Phantoms' map, so completing those two activities will not get you a quest map. Once you have the map, view it in your inventory to start the quest and receive a grave marker. The map is removed from your inventory after you finish viewing it, so make sure the marker has appeared before you leave the map screen.

Traveling to the Grave and Digging It Up

Once the quest starts, the map marks a grave in Appalachia. The location is not fixed, and you will usually spot a bloodied mound of dirt. When you arrive, equip a shovel before digging. Some graves have a shovel placed nearby, so you can pick one up at the site without bringing your own. After the dig, a ritual pile appears beneath the mound. Interact with the ritual pile to claim your reward and receive one Our mission note. The first dig gives Our mission Part I, and later graves give Part II, Part III, and Part IV in order. Disturbed Grave is repeatable, so after one dig you can keep earning maps through activities and move on to the next grave.

Completing Four Graves and Advancing Secrets to the Grave

If you only want to finish Disturbed Grave, one dig and its reward are enough. To advance Secrets to the Grave, you must keep digging until you have collected Our mission Parts I through IV. After you get Part IV, read the note and the quest directs you to Tyler County Fairgrounds. Watch for hostile Pint-Sized Phantoms when you arrive. Follow the marker to a fortune teller machine, where the target is a smiling clown toy sitting on top. Interact with the clown toy to find a holotape hidden behind it. Take the Invite me holotape and play the recording; the quest advances and this stage ends once it finishes. This content is part of The Slasher's story, and the holotape carries narrative details, so it is worth playing in full to follow the quest's background.

Disturbed Grave Rewards

The regular rewards from Disturbed Grave are mostly event supplies, with a rare reward pool on top. According to the current reward information, rare items drop at roughly 15%, including several titles and cosmetic rewards.
