She moves around, her inventory rotates, and missing the window means waiting weeks for certain plans to circle back. For the week of August 10 through 12, she's at Foundation.

Where to Find Her at Foundation

She sets up on the right side of the main gate, just past the bridge. Same spot as always when she visits Foundation—if you've bought from her there before, you already know the route. If not, fast-travel to Foundation, cross the bridge heading into the settlement, and turn right immediately after. Her tent and trading post are hard to miss once you're in the right area. Foundation is one of the easier locations to reach among her three rotation stops. The Crater's fast-travel point drops you farther from her actual position, and Fort Atlas requires a bit more walking—Foundation puts you practically at her doorstep.

Inventory List 21—What to Expect

This week she's selling from Inventory List 21, which falls under the regular Emporium category. All plans come at a 25% discount off standard Gold Bullion vendor prices, and she doesn't care about your faction reputation—gold is gold. No Big Sale this round. The last one ran from July 30 through August 3 at The Whitespring Resort, and the next won't arrive until early September, likely around the 3rd through the 7th based on the four-week cadence.

A quick refresher on the rotation pattern for anyone who hasn't memorized it: Minerva runs three weeks of Emporium sales at rotating locations (Foundation → The Crater → Fort Atlas), followed by a Big Sale week that combines the previous three lists into one large inventory at The Whitespring. August happens to start right after a Big Sale ended, so the entire month is Emporium-only. No combined inventory, no Whitespring visit—just the standard weekly stops.

Is List 21 worth your gold?

That depends entirely on where you are in your plan collection. Newer players who haven't bought much from Minerva yet tend to find something useful almost every Emporium week—Secret Service armor pieces, Gauss weapon plans, the Farmable Dirt Tiles for camp builders, maybe the Chemist's Backpack mod. Veterans sitting on most unlocks might find this particular week thin. Some weeks you walk away with three new plans—other weeks you glance at the list, shrug, and save your bullion for the next visit. That unevenness is baked into how the rotation works, and it's part of what keeps the weekly check interesting—if every week had must-buy plans, the gold economy would feel like a chore.

Gold Bullion Prep—Before Wednesday Noon

If you plan on spending, sort out your gold supply before Wednesday at noon Eastern. The player gold cap sits at 10,000, but Smiley on the second floor of The Wayward refuses to sell you more bullion once your balance reaches 5,000—a limitation that catches people off guard if they've been diligently saving. His weekly exchange starts at 1,000 caps for 50 gold and scales to 6,000 caps for the full 300 weekly allotment. Treasury Note turn-ins at any gold press machine add another 400 bullion per day, at 10 per note. Between Smiley's Monday reset and daily note exchanges, a player pushing both sources can bring in roughly 1,700 bullion each week—enough for one or two plans from an Emporium list. Minerva's prices with the 25% discount typically range from a few hundred to a few thousand bullion per plan, depending on the item. The more expensive picks like full Secret Service armor sets can drain your reserves fast, so checking the list before committing a purchase avoids regret.

The Rest of August

August 17–19—The Crater:

She sets up outside the main building, across from the crop fields on the side facing away from the central hub.

August 24–26—Fort Atlas:

Positioned to the right of the main entrance as you approach.

Both locations are straightforward after one visit, though Foundation remains the most convenient access point of the three. The next Big Sale won't land until early September, so if you're holding out for a combined inventory with more choices, you have about three to four weeks to keep accumulating gold.

One thing worth doing if you plan to keep up with Minerva long-term: track which lists you've already cleared. Her full rotation spans 24 lists across roughly six months, and without a quick note somewhere, it becomes genuinely difficult to remember whether you bought the Plasma Caster plan three cycles ago or passed on it. A screenshot of her inventory each week, or a simple text file with list numbers and dates, solves the standing-there-trying-to-remember problem.
