Legend of Ymir: Does the SSS Clear Rating Affect Rewards?
In Legend of Ymir, dungeon rewards are not settled by a clear rating, and there is no SSS rating tier at all. In the official context, SSS refers to something else entirely and has nothing to do with dungeon drops. How much a dungeon rewards depends on whether you enter a general dungeon or a special dungeon, as well as the dungeon's own drop table. To raise your dungeon returns, picking the right dungeon type matters more than caring about any rating.

SSS Is Not a Dungeon Clear Rating
Officially, SSS refers to the system within the livestream ecosystem.
- SSS is the developer's streamer support system, handling streamer sponsorship and revenue sharing, upgraded to SSS 2.0 with Legend of Ymir.
- Chests with SSS in the name belong to livestream drops, claimed by watching designated streams, and have nothing to do with dungeon clears.
- Dungeon settlement has no SSS rating tier, and rewards are not handed out based on SSS.
Treating SSS as a dungeon rating means misunderstanding the term.
Dungeon Rewards Come in General and Special Types
Valhalla dungeons are split into general dungeons and special dungeons, and rewards are settled by type, not by rating. General dungeons are open only to players on the same server, follow a pure PvE route, and PK there drops your karma; special dungeons span servers, are a hunt-plus-PvP conflict zone, and PK against cross-server players does not drop your karma. Both types open at level 25 and can be entered from entrances such as the Hall of the Valkyries and the Temple of Chaos, with shared usage time; which one to pick depends on whether you value safety or returns more.

Special Dungeons Reward More Than General Dungeons
That higher reward comes at the cost of fiercer competition.
- Special dungeons put you up against players from other servers, with the risk of combat, and the reward compensates for that risk.
- Special dungeons give more experience and items than general dungeons, and the gap in returns is clear.
- General dungeons have no cross-server combat and give relatively less, suiting players who avoid PvP.
Reward level corresponds to dungeon type, not to any rating tier.
The Source of Drops Is the Dungeon Itself
The source of drops is the dungeon itself, not the rating.
- In the current version, the Labyrinth yields experience and blue equipment boxes, a steady source of gear.
- In the current version, level 65 dungeons can drop Rare Tier 3 gear, and the drops are adjusted with versions.
- Special dungeons are a source of rare drops.
Whichever reward you want, picking the right dungeon type and level is more practical than chasing a rating.
In Legend of Ymir, dungeon rewards have no direct connection to a clear rating. SSS is officially short for the streamer support system, part of the livestream ecosystem rather than a dungeon mechanic. To earn more, entering a special dungeon to compete is enough; the amount of rewards is decided by the dungeon type, and there is no rating tier in dungeons worth chasing. General dungeons are for safety, special dungeons for returns, and the division of labor between the two is clear.
