Where Are the Giant's Hearts Hidden in Lost Ark?
Lost Ark has no shortage of collectibles, but the Giant's Hearts are among the ones with the most concrete rewards. Hitting certain milestones lets you turn them in for Skill Point Potions and Masterpieces on Wisdom Isle, which matter quite a bit for endgame builds. The fifteen hearts are spread across six sources: quests, rapport, coin exchanges, daily reputation, towers, and a field boss, and they vary a lot in both where they come from and how hard they are to get. Plenty of people work through guides one heart at a time and get stuck, usually on the rapport and daily-quest ones that take a long grind. Sorting out where each heart comes from before you start beats fumbling around blindly.

The Three That Come Straight from Quests
Only three Giant's Hearts come directly from quests, one each in Tortoyk, Shadow Moon Market, and Wisdom Isle.
- "Five Scattered Brothers" in Tortoyk. Follow the side-quest chain near the main story to Mokoko Village, and the first heart is handed to you with basically no barrier.
- The hidden quest at Shadow Moon Market. This one has the longest prerequisites of all fifteen: first grind the daily "Super Secret Materials for a Super Secret Project" for five days, then complete "Thank You, Chipmunk" and "Click! Lights and Camera," the co-op quest "Shadowmoon Dance," and the achievement for photographing all five colors of spirits. Only then does the heart quest unlock.
- "Fifteenth Heart" on Wisdom Isle. After collecting the first fourteen, use the "Reinvigorated Giant's Heart" scroll to pick up the quest on Wisdom Isle. Finishing it gets you the fifteenth, as the closing piece.
The Tortoyk heart comes naturally along the main story. The Shadow Moon Market one wants you to start its dailies the moment you set foot on the island, so don't leave it to backfill later.
The Four That Come from Rapport
Four hearts come from neither fighting nor questing, but from raising a specific NPC's rapport to the required stage.
- Beatrice in Trixion gives one at "Friendly," the lowest bar of the four.
- Sasha in Stern requires "Trusted," and her gate depends on your character's four stats, so it's easy to stall if your gear and achievements aren't there yet.
- Calvasus at Hypnos's Eyes also needs "Trusted," plus the purple quest chain on Bikini Island and Gravis Resort done first.
- Nineveh on Whispering Islet is the most resource-hungry of the four: "Trusted" rapport, the island's purple quest completed first, and the heaviest consumption of rapport items.
Of the four, Nineveh eats the most rapport items, so start with Beatrice and Calvasus and save your gifts up for her.

The Five That Come from Coins and Dailies
The remaining five come either from coin exchanges or from daily reputation ground out one day at a time. All of it is bought with time.
- Navigator Rosa at Blackfang's Den, one heart for 3,300 Gienah's Coins.
- Blackfang on Freedom Isle, one for 4,000 Gienah's Coins.
- The Illicit Marketeer in Atlas, one for 33,000 Pirate Coins. His spot isn't fixed, so you'll have to hunt him around town.
- The Tooki Island daily "Taking on Tooki," requiring 30 days of reputation.
- The Azure Wind Island daily "Ruffians in the Ground," requiring 15 days.
The coin ones accumulate through sailing activities and island quests. The Tooki Island and Azure Wind Island dailies can't be put off, so the earlier you start, the less you'll regret it.
The Three That Come from Towers and a Field Boss
The last three sit in the towers and on a field boss. Shadespire floor 14 gives one, and Fatespire floor 14 gives another. Both are fixed milestones you clear once your item level is there. The field boss Tarsila drops one, spawning at Lake Eternity in Shushire, and it only has a chance to drop when the field boss event is up. With a pure-RNG drop, going several weeks empty-handed is normal. Of the three, only this one comes down to luck. The other two are steady, so clearing the towers first and farming the boss after is the better order.
Strip it down and the fifteen Giant's Hearts are just three things in the grind: time, coins, and item level. What really separates players isn't which heart is hard to get, but whether the day-gated reputation and rapport lines were started on day one. Lay down those two long tracks first, then fill in the quests, towers, and exchanges as your progress allows. Finishing the set is just a matter of time. Once all fifteen are in hand, the Skill Point Potions they unlock are a real boost to endgame builds, and they're worth the investment. Collecting offers no shortcut: start a day earlier, and you finish a day earlier.
