How EXP is Calculated
Effective Date: Starting from January 1, 2026.
Formula: Total EXP = Your Total Personal Spending (USD)
Exclusions & Limitations:
- Purchases under $1 USD will not grant EXP.
- Decimal amounts are omitted (e.g., $1.50 spent = 1 EXP).
- Transaction/handling fees do not count toward EXP.
- Direct coupon purchases do not grant EXP.
- Refunds: If an order is refunded, the corresponding EXP and Points will be deducted automatically from your account.
Upgrade & Credit Time
Instant Update: EXP is updated and credited immediately after your order is completed.
Auto-Upgrade: The system will automatically upgrade your account the moment your EXP reaches the next tier threshold.
